Baba Rahman marks Schalke full debut in pre-season win

Ghana defender Baba Rahman started his first game of the pre-season for Schalke 04 on Sunday.

The Chelsea loanee was handed his debut by Schalke manager Markus Weinzierl and he lasted for the entire opening 45 minutes.

Schalke posted a 3-1 win over Italian Serie A side Fiorentina.

Baba left English giants Chelsea to return to the Bundesliga where he is assured of more playing time.

The former Dreams FC defender played under Markus Weinzierl during his spell at Augsburg two seasons ago.
