Black Maidens coach Augustine Evans Adotey has hailed his players for the comprehensive 5-1 win over Gambia away on Saturday in the 2018 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup qualifiers.
Captain Mukaram Abdullai scored all five goals for the Princesses.
Adotey is not getting carried away ahead of the return leg in a fortnight.
"Am proud of my players because we kept our ambition of securing a victory,'' Adotey said in a post-interview.
''It is not all over yet because I play against a good side and I will not underrate them [The Gambia].
"My selection was based on scouting from the leagues and inter-school football competitions."
