Attram vows to return Great Olympics to Premiership

Veteran striker Godwin Attram has disclosed that he will stay on and help Great Olympics make a return to the First Capital Plus Premier League after they were demoted to Division One.

Olympics finished the season in 15th position despite picking up 40 points which usually guarantees a team survival.

Attram returned to Ghana to feature for his parent club after an 18-year-stint abroad during which he played for a number of clubs including Dhofar SC and Al Shabab, where we was crowned top goalscorer in the 2006/2007 season with 13 goals.

It has been widely reported that Attram is set to leave the club after their return to the top flight ended in disappointment, but Attram has swiftly dismissed those assertions indicating that he is inclined towards helping the club return to top flight football as soon as possible.

“People are already saying that I will be leaving the club but this is not true I will be there to help the team return to the Premiership,” Attram told Citi-Spots

“Olympics is my mother club and they made me who I am today so I have to be there to support them and help bring them back.”
