Former Ghana U20 star Asiedu Attobrah has terminated his contract with Belgian side K.V Kortijk over lack of enough playing time, Ghanasoccernet.com can confirm.

The former New Edubiase United attacking midfielder joined the Belgian side in 2015 on a three year contract.

But with just a year in the contract, the Ghanaian midfielder has mutually terminated his contract with his side over lack of enough playing time.

"Yes it is true I have terminated my contract with the club because I was not having enough playing time," Attobrah confirmed to Ghanasoccernet.com

"I signed three years with them but I only played a year. I think it is better for me to look elsewhere for enough playing time to develop my career than to stay on the bench and destroy my career," he added.

The skillful and swift attacking midfielder added that even though he is in talks with some foreign clubs for a possible move, his doors are still open for any local club that initiates move.
