Ghana Premier League champions Ashantigold will play in next year’s CAF Champions League, the club has confirmed.

The miners have been handed a massive financial war chest as they stage a return to Africa’s elite inter-club competition.

The Obuasi-based club confirmed this week, they will participate in the illustrious competition for the first time in 19-years.

Ashantigold won the Ghana Premier League after a fabulous campaign this term.
