Arsenal and Tottenham in €10-15 million chase for Alfred Duncan

Ghanaian midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan is a subject of a €10-15 million tussle between English rivals Arsenal and Tottenham.

The 23-year-old, who plays for Sassuolo, has been the revelation in the Italian top-flight this season.

The former Ghana youth midfielder has hogged the headlines - for the right reasons, churning out impressive displays for his side.

The promising African scored a stunning howitzer for the Black and Green in their 2-0 win over AC Milan over the weekend.

Calciomercato have reported the hugely talented midfielder, who is now a key cog in Eusebio Di Francesco's team is being tracked by North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham.

Duncan's statistics are incredible this season after starring in 25 league games in all competitions, including 20 as a starter.

He is regarded as the modern midfielder, with great tackling and coverage skills, making 27 interceptions with two key clearances.

Duncan, who is being owned by Sampdoria, has a buy-out clause of €6 million.
