Arrested Hearts supporters granted bail

The seven football fans who were arrested during the Super-2 game between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi last Sunday have been granted bail by a circuit court in Nkawie this nothing.

The seven fans who are allegedly Hearts of Oak fans are to reappear at the court on September 25.

Each arrested supporter was granted bail with a GH¢50,000 bail bond placed on each person.

The seven fans were arrested last Sunday at the Baba Yara stadium for allegedly breaking 275 seats at the green stands to register their displeasure at what they deemed biased refereeing against the Phobians.
