Former Black Stars captained Stephen Appiah starred for Juventus legends as they lost 2-4 to Shanghai XI in a charity game played in China on Friday.

Appiah was among a number of Juventus legends such as David Trazegate, Pavel Nedved etc.

The ex-Ghanaian international is highly recognized by the Italian Club after a fruitful stint with the Club.

He helped the club to win several laurels during his spell at the Club.

The 34-year-old was the first Ghanaian to feature for the Italian giants.
