British Airways have been forced to apologised to Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah after his luggage was damaged by the international courier.

The 25-year-old took to twitter to express his anger after his ‘fragile’ luggage was destroyed by the airline.

Fuming with @British_Airways luggage i had marked as fragile was clearly treated incorrectly, as a result has been damaged! Not happy at all

But the airline apologised to the Crystal Palace attacker over the incident.

@kwes1appiah Hi Kwesi. Sorry your luggage was damaged. It’s frustrating I know, but fragile items, we’ve no liability for damage. ^Neil
