A recent video has surfaced showing Laryea Kingston fervently imparting tactical knowledge to his players during the half-time break of their game against Benin's Under-17 side in the championship.
The video shows the former Black Stars winger pointing to the tactical board, illustrating what the team lacked in the first half and how they could enhance their play in the second half.
In the match played on Tuesday, May 21, the Black Starlets opened the scoring in the 19th minute when Mark Mensah netted Ghana's first goal.
Shortly after the restart, Benin lost possession again, and this time they were penalized as Theophilus Ayamga extended the lead for the Black Starlets.
With this result, Laryea Kingston's team has secured their place in the semi-finals, topping the group with 6 points from 2 matches.
They are set to face Burkina Faso in the semi-final on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
