Anim Addo calls on Glico ahead of Game Boy's bout

Chief Executive Officer of Baby Jet Promotions, Samuel Anim Addo, called on Glico as Ghana's World title champion, Emmanuel 'Game Boy' Tagoe, defends his IBO world lightweight title against Argentina's Fernando David Saucedo.

The highly anticipated boxing bout comes of on Saturday 27th Janurary at the Bukom Boxing Arena, Accra. Tagoe would be defending his IBO world lightweight title belt for the first time against the Argentine after beating South African pugilist Mzonke Fana to clinch the belt.

Game Boy paid a courtesy call on sponsors, Glico, at their head office in Adabraka in the early hours of Monday. Accompanied by the Baby Jet Promotions team, Game Boy met the company's Managing Director to show appreciation for the Glico's support.

The orthodox boxer has a distinctive record of 27 fights, winning all 27, 13 of them coming by way of knockout (KO)

"The Baby Jet Promotions prior to Emmanuel 'Game Boy' Tagoe's IBO world lightweight title bout to Saucedo calls on all cooperate Ghana to come on board to help support the fast raising Ghanaian boxing star with everything humanly possible to support the boxer going into bout," Samuel Anim told Kumasi based Angel FM.

He thereby revealed the bouts ticketing proceeds to be GH20, GH30 and GH100 (VIP).

Fernando, Tagoe's opponent is expected to touch the grounds of the Kotoka International Airport on Tuesday 23rd February to prepare towards his highly anticipated bout against Ghana World title champion.
