Veteran Black Stars duo, Andre Ayew and Mubarak Wakaso have been seen pushing themselves through an intense private training session in a video circulating on social media.

The two close friends, both key figures in Ghana’s recent football history, were filmed training at what appears to be a home setup, with a personal trainer guiding them through a high-energy workout.

The session showed the pair going through a series of explosive drills, including skipping, jumping routines, dynamic stretching, and strength-based lifting exercises aimed at maintaining sharpness and fitness levels.

Despite being away from official national team camp, both players looked fully engaged, showing high intensity and focus throughout the workout as they prepare for upcoming football commitments.

Andre Ayew, a former Black Stars captain, has recently been training with Nania FC following his omission from Ghana’s latest squad, while Wakaso has also been working independently to maintain peak condition.

Their chemistry in training was evident, with both players pushing each other through demanding sets under the supervision of their trainer.
