Former Ghana Football Association Director of Communications, Saani Daara says the Number 12 expose by investigative journalist, Anas Aremyaw Anas, which caused the dissolution of the administration under which he served is nothing short of a “complete trash.”

Speaking to Ghanaweb sports editor, Daniel Oduro in a yet-to-be aired episode of Sports Check, he said “That documentary put together is trash. It’s a complete pack of lies.”

According to Saani Daara, even though he is without concrete evidence, he is of a great conviction that the documentary was the machination of some persons within the football fraternity who were bent on seeing the fall of the former president of the GFA, Kwasi Nyantakyi, whom he describes as a brother.

“For me, I am certain in my mind that even though I don’t have a cast-iron evidence, I know it is people within the football fraternity who have plotted this thing against him (Kwasi Nyantakyi).”

On what should be the dos and don’ts for the newly elected GFA president, Kurt Okraku, he warbled the chorus of 50 Cents song titled Watch Your Back.

The no-holds-barred interview with Saani Daara on Sports Check will be released on Sunday November 10, 2019 across Ghanaweb social media platforms including Youtube (Ghanaweb TV) and on Facebook (Ghanaweb).
