Fortuna Düsseldorf new boy Nana Ampomah can’t wait for the start of the Bundesliga as he is determined to make a positive impact in his new club.
The youngster who joined from Belgian side Waasland-Beveren on a three-year deal has high hopes ahead of the start of the season.
Ampomah whose pace and dribbling skills on the flanks have been highly admired by many is hoping his attributes will yield positive impact on his new club.
“I bring on board my dribbling and my pace. But, I am here to work. Actions speak louder than words,” he told the club’s website.
“That’s why I’m happy when the summer break is over, and I can show in the games what I can bring on board,” he added.
He added: “I want to do my best to bring the club where he wants to go. We will fight for the club and we really want to stay in the Bundesliga – that’s our goal.”
Ampomah joined Bernard Terkpetey as the second Ghanaian to join the club this season.
