Former Chelsea winger Miroslav Stoch, who has been signed by UAE giants Al Ain, has lauded Ghanaian captain Asamoah Gyan and is eager to play with him.
Gyan has won the top scorer award thrice in UAE and became Africa's all-time top scorer at the World Cup after scoring twice in Brazil to increase his tally to six ahead of legend Roger Milla.
“I know Asamoah Gyan and he is an excellent striker. I will do my best to know the others and cooperate with them,” Stoch told The National.
“I have great aspirations for the coming days as I know well the challenges waiting for Al Ain and I will be so excited to help the team win more trophies and cups.”
The former FC Twente player won the Fifa Puskas award for the best goal in 2012 with his classy volley for Fenerbahce against Genclirbirligi.
