Agyaku bags brace on Techiman City debut

New Techiman City signing Yussif Agyaku has set sights on winning the 2016 Ghana Premier League goal king after hitting a brace on his debut in the 4-0 pre-season win over Nkoranza Real Republicans.

The striker was signed from Division One League side King Solomon FC and announced his presence at the Nana Ameyaw Park in Techiman with a bang.

"For me being a striker, my ultimate target is to win the top scorer gong at the end of the season to aid Techiman City win the league or get an African slot," Agyaku told Classic FM.

"As a new arrival in a new team, you have to win the heart of the fans. Every supporter's expectation in attending football matches is goal scoring. I can see the fans are verily satisfied.

“Every footballer plays at his best on the field when there are huge crowd inside the stadium to cheer him."
