Adiyiah ends goal drought in Thailand

Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah scored for the first time in one month on Sunday to steer Nakhon Ratchasima to a 2-0 victory over Osotspa in the Thai Premier League.

The 25-year-old scored the second goal for his club to move to eighth on the league table in the top-flight league.

The former FIFA world youth world best scorer opened the scoring in 72nd minutes before Bjorn Lindemann converted a penalty in the 90th minute to seal the win.

The goal was Adiyiah’s first since scoring in the 2-2 draw with Ratchaburi on September 19.

The Ghana international has now scored four goals in 20 appearances in the Thai top-flight this season.
