Achimota Golf Club ready for Monthly Medal Play

Action returns to the Achimota Golf Club this Saturday for the October Monthly Medal after a bubbling two-day golf fiesta to commission the Club House last Sunday.

Captain of the Club Frank Adu Jnr. is expected to lead a crack team of the club’s players for the competition.

The Monthly Medal Play has peaked in terms of participation, and indications were that Saturday’s 18-hole event will follow a similar trend.

As usual, golfers who will exhibit excellence for their efforts in the respective categories will take home trophies.

Players like Mike Aggrey, Amoafo Yeboah, Appau ‘Tiger’ Oppong, Carl Brew Aidoo, Lady captain Clara Price, Joy Arkutu, Mona Myers Lamptey will battle for honours.
