Ex-Ghana international Ablade Kumah has been granted bail to the tune of 1,000 Ghana cedis with a surety in a case of alleged assault by the Tema District Magistrate Court.
The former Hearts of Oak playmaker is alleged to have brutally assaulted his 48-year-old girl-friend Theresa Quayson on 28 December.
Kumah pleaded not guilty to the offence when he appeared before the court presided over by Mrs Johana Yankson and will re-appear on 17 April.
