Exactly one year ago, the Ghana Football Association appointed Israeli Avram Grant as Black Stars coach.

Grant was installed to replace Kwesi Appiah who was sacked after a calamitous 2014 FIFA World Cup campaign in Brazil

The 60-year-old was selected after convincing a Ghana FA interview panel in Accra.

Grant was later outdoored in December and his first task was to lead the team at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

The former Chelsea came along with a physical trainer Jamie Lawrence and a video analyst Gerard Nuus.

Despite, suffering barrage of criticisms for deciding to camp in Spain (low temperatures) when the tournament was going to be played in hot temperatures.

After a year, he has played 11 matches; won six (which represents 54.55 percent) and lost three with two draws.

So how you been impressed with Avram Grant so far? How would you rate him as Ghana coach? Has he done well in his one year stay?
