The 11th edition of the annual Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition in "Man Ghana" 2018 was staged last Saturday at the National Theatre.

This year's category, saw the introduction of three new categories, which includes Female Bikini, Men's Physique and Women's Physique.

The men's physique category witnessed a thrilling contest with Richard Amoo Appiah adjudged the winner while John Dadzie placed second, with Prince Osei Danquah placing third.

Adom Mobia, won the Bantam Weight Category with Puedam Abukari placing second as John Owusu came third.

In the Lightweight category, Derrick Marley was first outmuscling, Ali Deen and Abraham Tokornoo to the second and third place respectively.

Godwin Frimpong, won the Middleweight category with William Kankam second and Prince Kofi placed third.

In the Heavyweight Category, Joseph Ofoli Kwei picked the 1st prize. Francis Amono was 2nd with Ali Akim 3rd.

Three time "Man Ghana" champion, Kofi Salia was the only competitor in the Super Heavyweight category, automatically won the contest and was crowned the overall winner.

The Female Bikini category was won by Victoria Mawuse Agbeyeye with Vanessa Korlekie and Lydia Bayor emerging 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Blessing Okonkwo won the Female Physique category.

Ghanaian musicians, TeePhlow, Keche and Kofi Kinaata thrilled the fans with some good music and gave a very good performance on the night.
