Sack Pochetino, Chelsea can't win anything with him - Strongman rants

Ghanaian rapper, Strongman, believes there is no way Chelsea can achieve anything with coach Mauricio Pochettino at the helm.

Mauricio Pochettino took over a struggling Chelsea side that failed to qualify for any of Europe’s competitions after placing 12th in the 2022/23 season.

Since taking over the Blues, his team has struggled to climb the league log as they sit 8th in 34 matches, managing 14 wins, 9 draws, and 11 defeats in the Premier League.

Looking ahead, Strongman, who is a fan of Chelsea, has disclosed that the club does not have a future with Pochettino.

“Since day one I haven’t liked that man. He couldn’t win anything at Tottenham,” the rapper said on TV3.

According to him, if the former PSG coach was unable to attain any feat with a star-studded side like PSG, what’s the guarantee that he can turn the fortunes around at Chelsea?

“This is a coach who had Mbappé, Messi, and Neymar and couldn’t win the UEFA Champions League. So how can you use Cole Palmer and Nicholas Jackson, who have not been helping, to win it? I don’t want to talk about it again. Can you imagine we lost 5-0 to Arsenal? I mean, how?”
