80 Serious Crimes Allegedly Committed by the NPP

According to B.R. Hayden; “the first proof of a man’s incapacity to achieve is his endeavouring to fix the stigma of failure on others”. It is thus disheartening to see the government in power spend so much time in finding their opponents to blame, and so much energy in finding excuses for not fulfilling the so-called Better Ghana Agenda. After making so much noise about the Ghanaian economy soon after being in government, Nana Akufo-Addo made a passionate appeal to President Mills and his Team B administration to fix it if they thought the economy was actually broke. As if the advice was ill-timed, the Mills-Mahama administration has apportioned blame on the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for any misfortune that has befallen the country. They have done so and continue to do that with the view to diverting people’s attention from their incompetence.

Personally, I see the whole strategy as a waste of time because no matter how much fault they find, and regardless of how they make the NPP feel guilty of the NDC’s own mess, nothing will change people’s perception about this mediocre government. If you see how Prof. Mills and his NDC are struggling to run away from their own slogan of “Better Ghana” to plagiarise the NPP’s “People Matter, You Matter”, then your realise the desperation in their eyes. Without much ado, I present to readers 80 socio-economic and political crimes that have been blamed on the NPP by the ruling NDC government. I do so by asking you this question; which political party is responsible for the following messes?

Folks, this is how far the NDC has delivered on their “Better Ghana” Agenda. We are waiting for the day when all NPP members will be summoned to the Fast Track High Court or the Supreme Court to answer charges against the State, including the rejection of Kojo Sam as President Mills’ son. For me, the blame game by the NDC only seeks to move Ghana backwards but I leave the rest to you as a patriotic Ghanaian voter in December.
