STX $100 Billion 'Gargantuan Of Gangantuans' Settlement Debt Coming

As a Ghanaian domiciled in lone star state of Texas in USA, I cringe anytime I hear or read of this administration signing any contract, and the 10 billion contract this administration was bamboozled to sign with STX Korea when Officials of this government went to Korea and were practically 'bought' with Cameras and watches to recommend to this administration to sign this ill-advised 10 billion housing project tops them all. Yesterday there was a rumbling between E.T Mensah, a Minister in this clueless NDC administration and some officials of STX Ghana concerning some properties of Ghana in the custody of STX Ghana and it is likely this case is heading to court or we have to call 'Minister of Settlement Debts', Mr Okudzeto Showboy Ablakwah to work his magic to 'save' Ghana of another gragantuan settlement.

The 'gargantuan of gargantuans', STX contract abrogation lawsuit is about to hit the country like a ton of bricks and this country will never be the same again. Folks, we are not talking of peanuts here, we are talking of a ten(10) billion dollar contract here and guess how much the STX is going to sue Ghana for if AAL can sue Ghana for 1.5 billion dollars for just a 1.5 million contract.

If Abrokwa, the 'President of Ghana' and also holding the 'Ministry of Debt Settlement' portfolio is willing to settle with AAL for 500 million dollars on 1.5 million debt, guess how much Ablakwa will be willing to settle the STX lawsuit of 100 billion dollars if we use the AAL method of modern Maths.theory. Believe me, Ablakwa initial offer to settle such a debt will be 33.3 billion dollars if we have to go by Ablakwa's settlement record.

What is the synopsis behind this impending lawsuit? Your Kakistocracy Mills administration got giddy with the oil money and without doing a diligent job but trying to score cheap political points signed a 10 billion dollars contract with STX Korea and its Ghanaian partners. An acrimonious relationship developed between STX Ghana and STX Korea and sourcing for finance for this project became a problem so your Comedy of Errors administration headed by your jogging Marathon runner Mills pulled the plug and cancelled this contract and !VOILA!, STX Ghana hit Ghana settlement debt jackpot.

STX Ghana is now in possession of Ghana sovereign guarantee and some lands and it is holding it like carrot and dangling it over the head of this Mills administration to get their pound of flesh of the settlement debt bonanza going on in Ghana. Let's see how 'President' Okudzeto works this out, we need all the help we can get and who is more qualified than this Ablakwah boy?

"The company claims it still has a binding contract with the government and is not ready to relinquish the sovereign guarantee or any other property in its custody. Some of the officials who spoke to Joy News’ Sammy Darko on condition of anonymity said their contract with government is valid for five years. They said they secured the sovereign guarantee from Parliament and only Parliament can reverse its decision. The officials say a court action to protect the sanctity of their contract with government cannot be ruled out."

What is STX Ghana saying? They are ready to go to court to sue this moribund and daft administration for breach of contract? NDC, your inexperienced blabbermouth and power drunk Okudzeto free wheeling has opened a can of worms called settlement debts and like the genie in the bottle, this is going to be hard to get it back in the bottle. The settlement debt is here and we might as well create a Ministry for it to create job for the boys.

"Ghanafuo aye mistake paa" when you voted these 'armed robbers' in suit to rule the country.
