All-Share index slips again

Accra, Feb. 24, GNA - The main stock index slipped in dull trading on Friday with only one equity making a move, a one-cedi loss by CFAO. The GSE All-Share Index slipped by 0.09 points to close at 4,729.98 points from 4,730.07 points on Thursday.

Change for the year remained at -0.82 per cent. Traded shares were a mere 18,600 from 133,000 on Thursday while market capitalisation went down to 91,844.89 billion cedis from 91,845.11 billion cedis.

On the broader market, there was only one price change, a one-cedi loss by CFAO at 399 cedis.
