...Ghanaians Abroad's Leader, Kwame Mayor appeals to government.

The Leader of Ghanaians Abroad Coalition - former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, known throughout the World by Ghanaian Communities as Kwame Mayor, has publicly appealed to the ruling Kufuor's government to release Mr. (Tsatsu) Tsikata, and instead put former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings; Major (Retired) Boakye Djan and Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata dubbed, the "Angel of Death" in jail - at least temporary, before these political murderers are pardoned. - However, the Iconic Human Rights and Civil Rights Crusader, who has not hidden his genuine intent to forgive Rawlings, Djan, Tsikata and His Excellency President Kufuor who once selfishly and greedily accepted a position during Rawlings' PNDC Military government, cautioned the Nation that "An Eye for an Eye would make all of us Blind, and a Tooth for a Tooth would make all of us Toothless".

The Politician has meanwhile, condemned the action of President John Agyekum Kufuor's government for nominating people accused of committing heinous political murders in the Country such as Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata, dubbed the "Angel of Death" for National award, and in what can be described as political sarcaism, the Abroad's President asked President Kufuor to also honor all members of the erstwhile Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (AFRC), especially Major (Retired) Boakye Djan for committing serious Human Rights abuses - since the ruling government has symbolically sent wrong signals to Ghanaians and the International Community that if you kill for politically motivated reasons in Ghana, as former Military Junta Leader Jerry John Rawlings did during AFRC and PNDC days, President Kufuor would reward you someday with one of the Nation's Highest awards.

" To the Political murderers in Ghana like Jerry John Rawlings, Boakye Djan, Kojo Tsikata, etc, remember the fate of Saddam Hussein and those who committed Human Rights abuses with him", warned the "Politician of the People, for the People and by the People" who says that (as far as Africa is concerned), President George Bush, a Texas Cowboy, has made the World a better place to live, even though he is opposed to all wars - urging the Bush Administration and the United Nations to condemn President Kufuour's government for nominating political murderers for National award which he described as a "misguided incentive for political murderers".

"Ghana's Angel of death, Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata, Major (retired) Boakye Djan, the sadistic murderer and Jerry John Rawlings, "Ghana's Dracula" are [not] above the Law, the former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate told Ghanaians around the World, especially, Ghanaian Journalists who are supposed to be the fearless defenders of Democracy, Human Rights and Civil Rights".

"President Kufuor who accepted a position from Jerry John Rawlings PNDC government and has symbolically honored political murderers when his government nominated them for National award, is not above the Law either", said the Great Grandson of Asante Adonteng Puduo Royals from Bamang, near the Kente weaving Town of Bonwire, whose very biological ancestors, as the historical and legitimate occupants of Kumasi Adontenghene Chieftaincy Stool, led Asante or African wars against the Colonialists and Imperialists from England who are "Our White Brothers and Sisters".

" The ruling government's National Award for Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata, the "Angel of Death" is not only a great insult to the pains and sufferings of the Martyred Judges of Ghana and other Ghanaians who were murdered in Cold Blood for Political reasons during Rawlings' Military days which President Kufuor himself accepted a position, but emotionally provocative, says Pro-American Democracy Activist, Iconic Freedom Fighter and former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as (Kwame Mayor), who has appealed to Ghanaians around the World on his popular Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com to exercise great restraint and choose Peace over the Language of Violence, since in his words "An eye for an eye would make all of us blind, and a tooth or a tooth would make all of us toothless".

IN ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT, the former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor), alumnus of the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) who attended the same University with some of the powerful people in both government and opposition in Zimbabwe, such as Hon. Ms. Charm, a powerful Governor in Zimbabwe and Hon. Jonathan Moyo, a former Government Minister, now an Independent member of Parliament in Zimbabwe, has again, publicly called for a power-sharing agreement in Zimbabwe for the sake of Peace and National Reconcilation, telling Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe point blank that his advisors who are urging him to cling to power do not sincerely wish him well, and do not have "King Solomon's Wisdom" --- and in yet, another development, the self described "Politician of the People, by the People and for the People" has called on Holocaust Survivors to assist in building "Museum of Tolerance" in Ghana to tell the stories of Human rights abuses especially under AFRC and PNDC Bloody days in Ghana, as he symbolically protests to the United Nations over ruling government's intent to bestow National Award on those known to have committed Political Murders in Ghana.

The first Ghanaian born or African to run for a higher public office in the history of America, since America's Independence from Great Britain in 1776, proposed a power sharing plan for Zimbabwe whereby the opposition leader, Tsvangirai Morgan would either assume the position of President and Robert Mugabe as Co-President, (a position the late Zimbabwean Independence and Freedom Fighter Joshua Nkomo held), or full governmental powers being vested in the opposition leader as Prime Minister with Robert Mugabe serving as a Ceremonial President.

The "America's Mandela" urged Robert Mugabe to publicly condemn the killings of opposition supporters and bring the perpetrators of Human Rights abuses to book to serve as a deterrent.

Returning to the National Award issue, the "Politician of the People, by the People and for the People", has publicly criticised his Excellency, President John Agyekum Kufuor's government for selecting "Angel of Death" - Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata to receive a National award, describing the President's action (once again), as insensitive, provocative and a great insult to the memories of the Martyred Judges of Ghana and also, to the memories of people who were murdered, disapppeared or tortured under the PNDC Military regime of which Kojo Tsikata and President Kufuor himself temporary served.

"The intent of President John Agyekum Kufuor's government to bestow National award on Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata, the notorious "Angel of Death" sends a wrong signal that if you commit political murders like Major (Retired) Boakye Djan and former Flight Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings, you would someday receive one of the Nation's Highest awards", the Celebrated "America's Mandela" complained as he pleaded with Survivors of the Holocaust to assist him in tracking down all those who have committed "Crimes Against Humanity" and in this case, "Crimes Against the People of Ghana", and for the sake of forgiveness and true National Reconciliation, assist him in building "Museum of Tolerance in Ghana" to tell the stories of victims of Human Rights abuses in the Country, such as the Martyred and the Bravest Soldier in the history of Ghana, Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwaa Afrifa; the Beloved and Martyred Rear Admiral Joy Amedume and the Martyred and Perfect Soldier, General Odartey Wellington, to mention but a few.

The Politician publicly cautioned that ideas cannot be copied or immitated without permission and especially cautioned President Kufuor's government not to steal this idea as they have systematically stolen his ideas for years.

"President Kufuor's should publicly apologise to the Nation and especially to the victims of Human Rights abuses under Kojo Tsikata's watch" said the Legendary Human Rights Crusader as he again reminded Ghanaians all over the World that President Kufuor once accepted a position from Ex-Military Junta leader, Jerry John Rawlings during his PNDC days.

" The World should know that it was not Rawlings alone who killed his own Ghanaian or African brothers and sisters, but Major (Retired) Boakye Djan also killed his own African brothers and sisters during AFRC days and Captain (Retired) Kojo Tsikata was the notorious "Angel of Death" during PNDC Days of Military Dictatorship and that President Kufuor himself once accepted a position from Rawlings" PNDC illegal government", said the former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate.

"If Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata deserve National Honors for killing their own Ghanaian or African brothers and sisters, then shouldn't President Kufuor also honor Major (Retired) Boakye Djan, another ruthless murderer ?", the Iconic Freedom Fighter, and Celebrated Human Rights and Civil Rights Crusader asked sarcastically.

"Now we know why President Kufuor selfishly and greedily accepted a position from Jerry John Rawlings' brutal PNDC Military government", said the Pro-American Democracy Activist and "America's Mandela" who speaks the truth and nothing but the truth.

"United Nations should carefully investigate the actions of President Kufuor in honoring some individuals suspected of committing serious Human Rights abuses in Ghana; crimes that should be labelled as ["Crimes Against the People of Ghana"] and potential "Crimes Against Humanity", said the Pro-American Democracy Activist.

"President Kufuor's actions can be rationally construed as aiding and abetting Human Rights abusers and "War Criminals", a calculated move to protect his former PNDC Allies such as Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata from future investigations by the United Nations Tribunals on possible charges of "Conspiracy to engage in Ethnic Cleansing" and "Crimes Against Humanity".

He blasted Rawlings for deliberately leaving out the name of his one-time Finance Minister, Mr. Preprah when he presented a list who those he deemed have been "treated unfairly" by Kufuor's government.

"Mr. Rawlings, your perception of injustice is discriminatory", the Politician publicly told Rawlings.

"You executed those you suspected of being corrupt after being tried in Kangaroo Courts. The "Gentle Giant", Kufuor is not brutally a murderer like you, Rawlings hence instead of executing those who have been found by a competent and impartial Court guilty of corruption, he simply put them in jail and you dare to fume about this ?", the "People's Mayor" fumed.

IN YET, ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT, Celebrated Pan-Africanist and CPP Democracy Activist - former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (KWAME MAYOR), alarmed that pro-Kufuor's forces within the NPP have not extended a welcome hand to his Olive Branch of "Peace and Reconciliation", and to his public overtures of forging a "Democratic Alliance" with the NPP to prevent the return of Rawlings' third attempt to return to power, has announced on his popular Political Campaign Website : WWW. KwameforPresident.Com that he has forgiven 2008 CPP Flagbearer, Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom for un-ethically, illegally and un-conscionably asking Ghanaians to vote for President Kufuor during the 2004 Presidential Election - instead of supporting the 2004 CPP Flagbearer, Mr. George Aggudey.

Regarding allegations of serious fraud surrounding the CPP Flagbearer, the "Pocket Lawyer" says that since Dr. Nduom has not been charged in a Court of Law , he is entitled to his innocence and should not be forced to step down as the elected CPP Flagbearer.

Hinting of another reason why he is publicly forgiving the CPP Flagbearer, "Osagyefo" Kwame Mayor said :

"Let God be the perfect Judge. I have done everything I can to seek a symbolic Democratic Alliance with NPP for the sake of preventing a third coming of former Military Junta Leader Jerry John Rawlings", yet the pro-Kufuor forces within the NPP who are still intoxicated with power and consumed with hate, arrogance, selfishness and greediness like President Kufuor himself, have not had the simple courtesy to respond to my Olive Branch of Peace and Reconciliation and especially, to my proposal for a Democratic Alliance", said the "People's Politician" who speaks the truth and nothing but the truth.

"Instead of NPP courting CPP for a Democratic Alliance for the sake of preventing the return of former Military Junta Leader Jerry John Rawlings, the Pro-Kufuor forces within the Party are so intoxicated with power, greediness and selfishness that they are not being rational, (and only God Almighty knows whether such pro-Kufuor's elements within the NPP have already poisoned the minds of Nana Akufo-Addo and members of his Presidential Campaign Committee against me, just because there is no Power on Earth that can corrupt my Moral Principles, and that I am a Fearless Independent Thinker who speaks the truth and nothing but the truth !!!"), said the Charismatic Politician who has accused his detractors and government insiders who have systematically stolen his ideas as "Intellectual Cowards".

"Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, known in his High school days at Great Koss as (J.P.K - the Political Advisor) warned that unless NPP and CPP again form "Great Alliance", that is Dr. Nduom / Nana Akufo-Addo Democratic Partnership or Nana Akufo-Addo / Dr. Nduom Democratic Partnership whereby if one becomes a President, the other could be chosen as Prime Minister, Jerry John Rawlings could return to power for a third time since in reality, "Divided We Fall" !!!.

"Osagyefo" Kwame Mayor warned Ghanaians that Mr. Rawlings is campaigning for their votes "in order to kill you one by one" since he (Rawlings and Boakye Djan) have demonstrated in the past their expertise in executing former Heads of State.

The former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, a strong defender of Democratic ideals, who has praised President George Bush as a "Texas Cowboy who has made the World a better place to live" - (in terms of scarring the hell of African Dictators and would-be Dictators), assured Ghanaians that he would do everything - by any means necessary to ensure that "Government of the People, by the People and for the People will never perish in Ghana".
