Accra, July 16, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange benchmark GSE All-Share index rose 7.28 points pushed by price gain in the shares of Ghana Commercial Bank. The index closed up at 5,406.45 from 5,399.17 at the previous close on Wednesday. Change for the year to date now stands at -48.17 per cent. Traded volumes, however, closed down at 90,400 shares compared to 159,900 shares on Wednesday. Market capitalisation was up at GH¢15,267.63 million from GH¢15,262.33 million. Ghana Commercial Bank was the sole gainer during the session. It went up by GH¢0.02 at GH¢0.68.
