2 Toff Returns With ?Odo Mu Nsemsem?

After going through some trails and errors with their debut album titled ‘Oblayoo’ (with hit track ‘Yenabra’ featuring Castro) which they term as a learning album, 2 Toff have taken notice of some things so they don’t repeat the same mistakes.

2 Toff in an interview with Ghana Music.com said that they will be releasing their second album ‘Odo Mu Semsem’ come this December.

Red Eye disclosed to us that they picked ‘Odo Mu Semsem’ as their title track because “It’s about experiences in life. Within this short time that we've been in Ghana, a lot has happened in our lives.

We want to give messages to the outside world that love has so many problems and it can happen to anyone”. According to Oguns, the album has 15 songs on the CD and 10 songs on the cassette.

This album is a 'can't-touch' album because it's too hot. with music gurus like Kwaadee, Bandana and LA (Latifah and Anansewaa) on the album, expect nothing but fireworks.

They added that they did not find difficulties getting the artistes mentioned above to bless the album with their voice because they were all around when they were recording. “We did not have to pressure them before they come to do their verses.

They were all present whilst we were working. That should tell you how serious they are with music”. 2 Toff claim that the album comprises of genres like Soul, R&B, funk, our own highlife and some international rhythms.

“We’re about 75 or let's say 80 percent through with it. What is left is for Red Eye to add some finishing touches to it”, Oguns said. After the album is released, video clips of almost all the songs will be shot to enhance the promotion of the album swiftly.
