UK-based Ghanaian singer Fuse ODG premieres his latest single, titled ‘Boa Me’ featuring two (2x) Grammy Awards winner Ed Sheeran.
Fuse, who recently left for the UK sphereheaded an online demonstration against an ill-advised campaign by Nivea. The worldwide cosmetics manufacturers later boycotted that particular media communication without an apology.
Born Nana Richard Abiona, Fuse is also among several other creatives in Ghana who have been selected as tourism ambassadors.
We think he truly deserves it following his past philanthropic courses like building a school and championing African-made kids’ play toys called Nana Dolls ~ which means King or Queen.
He also invited his good friend Ed Sheeran to visit to Ghana where he recorded his hit song “Bebia be Ye Ye” produced by KillBeatz — which sold over 2 million copies.
Just as we were anticipated Fuse ODG has premiered his newest song “Boa Me” featuring Ed Sheeran and half of R2Bees duo Mugeez on BBC 1Xtra.
‘Boa Me’ is a Twi word by Akans which means ‘assist me’.
Ed Sheeran sung in ONLY Twi. **Can you believe it?** ???? His Twi keeps getting better since “Bebia be Ye Ye”. The song was also produced by KillBeatz.
