Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Best FIFA Football Awards from the Royal Festival Hall in London.

The three-man shortlist for the Best FIFA Men's Player Award was announced earlier this month, with last year's winner Cristiano Ronaldo aiming to collect the prize for a record sixth-time after Lionel Messi was omitted for the first time since 2006.

Ronaldo and Messi have both won the award five times each, but the Portuguese's only rivals to this year's gong are his former Real Madrid team-mate Luka Modric and Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.

The star-studded event will also see the best Women's Player, Men's Coach, Women's Coach and Men's Goalkeeper crowned, as well as picking Goal of the Year.

The event starts at 6:30 PM.
