IS THE JUDICIARY IN GHANA CONFUSED?

The court (Human Right Court) further contended thatthe state could be said to have financial interest in an institution when the state funded the running of that institution and expected dividend from it. (SO GHANA DOES NOT EXPECT DIVIDEND FROM GFA?)

It also declared that the court order obtained by EOCO and the subsequent seizure of the GFA's documents and computers were illegal and wrong. (SO IF AN INSTITUION WORKS WITH A COURT ORDER AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE ILLEGAL, WHO IS TO BLAME, THE INSTITUTION OR THE JUDICIARY?) God have mercy on the Judiciary.

The voice of one crying in the wilderness.
