Don't trivialise the man's point! You probably lack confidence as you probably have a European name. Your lack of confidence shows in how you ethnicize every discussion. Again, your lack of confidence is demonstrated by calling yourselves 'tribes'. 'Tribe' has a primitive connotation if you don't know. Grow up!
