Ghana's energy-sector debt could surge more than fourfold to $12.5 billion by 2023. (Bloomberg News, dated February 13, 2021, "Ghana's Energy Bill Could Jump $12.9 Billion.") Many homes in Ghana don't have electricity, so how did the country incur such huge energy debt more that the City of New York or Chicago? Fraud in related to bribes, public corruption, government procurement, contracts, kickbacks, money-laundering, illegal-profits, illegal gratuities, etc.

Ex-Goldman banker Asante Bekor facilitated million of dollars in bribes to members of Parliament and government officials in Ghana to help client win a power-plant contract. Who got what?

(7). Haruna Iddrisu - $4.6 Million

(8). James Klutse Avedzi - $4.5 Million

(9). Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka - $4.3 Million

(10). Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa - $4 Million

(11). Martin Amidu (Special Prosecutor) - $1 Million (not to investigate).
