Mr Amissah-Arthur interacting with officials and spouses of the Ghana High Commission in India and a section of Ghanaian students studying in India at the Chancery in New Delhi on Tuesday . The ceremony was organized by the commission led by the High Commissioner, Mr. Sam Pee Yalley to welcome the Vice-President who is in India to participate in a four day Indian Economic Forum.
