On July 1, 2010, honorable Jake Obetsebi Lamptey, Chairman of Ghana?s New Patriotic Party, accompanied by the party?s General Secretary, Mr. Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, affectionately called Sir John and the director of the party?s international desk, Mr. Charles Asuako Owiredu embarked on a two-week tour of North America to visit members of the party in the USA and Canada.
