‘Ebony couldn’t get one female artiste to feature her’ – Abena Moet

Media personality Abena Moet has questioned the sudden show of support for the late Ebony Reigns, claiming that the singer struggled to secure collaborations with female artistes while she was alive. According to Abena Moet, Ebony had openly spoken about her attempts to work with several female musicians, but some allegedly turned her down because they felt she did not fit their brand. Speaking in a recent interview on Nova Day Time, Abena Moet said it was ironic that some of the same musicians who allegedly rejected Ebony are now coming together to celebrate her legacy following her death. “When Ebony was alive, they said she was all of that. They said so many things about her. She wanted to do a feature with so many female musicians, and they all said she didn’t fit their brand,” she said. When the girl was alive, she said it point-blank that she could never get even one musician to do a feature with,” she stated. Abena Moet added, “The video where she was saying they said they were not in support of her brand is currently there, but after her death, they’re behaving as if they loved her.
