Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage has opened up about the existence of exclusive celebrity parties in Nigeria, revealing that she deliberately stays away from some gatherings because of their questionable activities.
Speaking on the Uncut podcast, the award-winning singer explained that while there are private parties attended by celebrities where cameras and mobile phones are not allowed, she is rarely present at such events.
According to Tiwa Savage, she is usually not invited to the more exclusive gatherings because of their reputation.

“They have that one, but me, I don’t use to attend. They don’t invite me for that one because that one is a bit…” she said, making a gesture to suggest the parties were more explicit.
She went on to warn people about a phrase she believes should raise suspicion.
“In Nigeria, when they say, ‘We are all adults,’ you should run,” she said.
Tiwa Savage claimed that such events are often associated with either orgies or drug use, making a sniffing gesture as she referred to narcotics.
Her remarks have since sparked conversations on social media, with many reacting to her description of the alleged celebrity-only parties and debating the culture surrounding exclusive entertainment circles in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the singer did not name any individuals or provide specific examples of such parties during the interview.
