Ghanaian singer KiDi has described his colleague Darkovibes as one of the country’s most underrated talents, stating that many Ghanaians have failed to fully appreciate the artiste’s craft.
Speaking during an interview with ‘Made in Ghana’, the Lomo Lomo hitmaker revealed that he has been a longtime admirer of Darkovibes and believes the musician deserves far more recognition than he currently receives.
“I’ve always been a Darkovibes fan. Up to now, nobody be biggest Darkovibes fan pass me,” KiDi stated in Pidgin and English.

When asked to mention some of his favourite Darkovibes songs, KiDi joked that he could list many but insisted only true fans would understand.
“See, I go fit list plenty. You hear Siamese twins, Exactly, you no be Darkovibes fan, you no go understand,” he said.
KiDi went on to express disappointment over what he sees as the public’s lack of appreciation for the artiste, describing Darkovibes as a rare talent.
“I feel like Ghanaians dey sleep on Darkovibes. Darkovibes is a gem. He’s a gem wey we no fit carry,” he added.
His remarks have since sparked conversations among music lovers, with many agreeing that Darkovibes deserves greater recognition for his contributions to Ghana’s music industry.
