Dear GhanaWeb: My friends and I slept with a stranger, now we're facing the consequences

Dear GhanaWeb,
Two years ago, my friends and I did something that completely changed my life, and I haven't known peace since.
The four of us lived together and did almost everything as a group. One morning, two of the guys returned home with a young woman who was selling waakye. We wanted to buy breakfast, so we started chatting with her. She was friendly, cheerful, and easy to talk to.
The conversation somehow shifted to relationships and sex. One of my friends jokingly dared her to have sex with him. She refused, and we started teasing her by touching her. She asked us to stop, and we did. Then she made a comment that the four of us shouldn't think she couldn't handle us.
We carried her into the room, and each of us forced ourselves on her. She didn't scream, and she barely struggled. I remember hearing her say "stop" a few times, but we convinced ourselves that because she wasn't fighting us, she must have enjoyed it. Looking back now, I realize how wrong we were.
Before she left, we gave her money because she had lost the chance to continue selling her waakye that day.
About a month later, one of us suddenly fell sick and died within days. Another friend became seriously ill for months. He survived, but he has never been the same physically.
The fourth friend disappeared completely. He was declared missing, and to this day, no one knows whether he is dead or alive.
As for me, I have been dealing with my own nightmare. Since that day, I have not been able to function sexually. Everything seems normal until I'm with a woman.
The moment I'm in that situation, nothing happens. I can't even masturbate. It's been two years, and nothing has changed.
I've spent almost everything I have searching for answers. Some people told me the woman placed a curse on us and that I need to find her and beg for forgiveness. But I don't even know who she is or where she is.
Another person claimed he could remove the curse but demanded two cows, goats, and several other expensive items. I simply can't afford it.
I've exhausted my savings chasing solutions that have led nowhere, and today I'm left with fear, regret, and unanswered questions.
Do you think this is spiritual, or could guilt and trauma be affecting my life in ways I don't fully understand? How should I go about this?
