Home - What British-Zimbabwean pastor Uebert Angel said about Owusu-Bempah
British-Zimbabwean preacher Uebert Angel has described the founder and leader of Glorious Word and Power Ministry, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, as a genuine man of God, claiming that God revealed this to him through visions.
Uebert Angel, whose real name is Uebert Mudzanire, made the remarks while addressing his congregation in a video that has since circulated on social media.
According to the self-styled prophet, although he has never met Owusu-Bempah in person, God has revealed to him that the Ghanaian preacher is among the prophets who should not be challenged.
He further stated that Owusu-Bempah is one of only seven prophets around the world whom God has revealed to him as genuine, adding that he was specifically cautioned against challenging the Ghanaian preacher.
“Prophet Owusu-Bempah, I've never met him. Never, not one day. I've never even seen him from afar. But I know him through visions, where God said, 'This one, don't challenge him.' God told me you can challenge any prophet you want, but not this one,” Uebert Angel said.
He went on to praise Owusu-Bempah's prophetic ministry, insisting that despite differing opinions about his personality, preaching style or public controversies, his prophetic calling should not be questioned.
“Nobody in Ghana, nobody who is of the right mind and who is even a little prophetic, can say Owusu-Bempah is not a prophet. You might not like him, and you might not like his style or what he does, but he will tell you what you need to hear from God,” he stated.

Angel also cautioned people against speaking negatively about Owusu-Bempah's prophetic ministry, suggesting that doing so could have serious consequences.
Emphasising that his remarks were not motivated by any personal relationship or financial benefit, Angel said he had never met Owusu-Bempah or sent him money.
He reiterated that the Ghanaian preacher was among the seven prophets God had shown him, stressing that he was specifically instructed not to challenge him.
“As for me, when God showed me seven prophets, he was one of them. And out of those seven, God said, 'Don't challenge this one. You can challenge anyone you like, except this one,'” he added.
