He fell ill and went to hospital before being diagnosed with the disease and given medicine to take every day. This man mentioned in the video that he used to have fun with the ladies he sleeps with and infected them with the virus.

Also, he buys clothes, hair and feeds them whenever he sleeps with these ladies so he doesn't have to apologize to any of them. If they are lucky enough and find out they have been infected, then they should also take their medication.
