Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew is set to partner Emmanuel Adebayor in a fearsome attacking trio for the Swans next season.

The Liberty based forward could possibly line up next season alongside the Togolese hitman as negotiations between the two parties take shape.

Initial reports of a shock return to English football by the former Arsenal and Manchester City forward gained momentum with an initial loan deal tabled by the Welsh side.

Adebayor endured a torrid time in his last days in English football that saw him cutting short his deal with Tottenham Hotspur before finally heading to Turkey.

The lanky forward however racked home six goals in ten outings for Baseksehir to initiate a U-turn to English football.

With a reported loan deal tabled by Swansea City, Emmanuel Adebayor could lead an attacking trio that has Gylfi Sigurdson and Jordan Ayew on the flanks.
