Ghana's top blogger to support World Cup campaign

Award-winning Ghanaian blogger and social media celebrity writer, Ameyaw Debrah has signed on to support Ghana’s World Cup campaign in an exciting new way. The popular media commentator is set to unleash his hugely popular platforms made up of his blog, and social media presence to bring Ghanaians and the world exclusive news, photos, videos and more on Ghana’s journey to Brazil.

Speaking exclusively to Ghanatobrazil2014.com, he states: ''Although many have described Ghana’s path to Brazil 2014 glory as perhaps our most challenging yet, I believe that our Black Stars are up to the task. With our impressive progression at every world cup we have been to, Brazil won’t be any different. I’m excited about supporting the World Cup campaign every step of the way - bringing news, views, and fun facts about to fans all over the world so all together we remain resolute in our support for the team''.

Ameyaw Debrah will also feature in the household semi reality tv show on the World Cup; Fans Diaries in which he promises “My followers on twitter, faceboook and instagram should expect a lot including footballers and GFA diaries, fan diaries, opinions etc. throughout the campaign. They will have access to first-hand photos, videos and news as and when it happens. Social media is now the fastest medium to spreading news, and with my online presence I hope to be a source for accurate and timely spreading of information”

Mr Debrah will also be working with the Ghana World Cup Committee’s official apps for Brazil 2014 World Cup. There is also the One Ghana mobile app, which would bring exclusive news, and activities onto mobile devices which work on Andriod and iOS.

Ameyaw Kissi Debrah, founded AmeyawDebrah.com, a blog that primarily publishes news about celebrities, people, lifestyle, art and culture. He graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Publishing. While at KNUST, he won the Best Publishing Student award in 2005.
