Inter Allies advance to MTN FA Cup semis

Mohammed Deo Sheriff's header in the first half was enough to give Inter Allies a 1-0 triumph over Sekondi Hasaacas in the MTN FA Cup at Tema Sports Stadium on Saturday.

The forward soared above his markers inside the box to head home a corner kick- coincidentally their first of the game-on 36 minutes.

This was the second victory for the Tema lads over Hasaacas in seven days after a 2-0 win last week at the same venue in the First Capital Plus Premier League.

Inter Allies are now unbeaten in ten games in all competitions, but the real deal is for them to beat the drop in Ghana's top flight.
