Addy makes Dinamo debut in impressive

Ghana defender Lee Addy made his debut for Dinamo Zagreb in their 5-0 thrashing of Zadar in the Croatian top flight over the weekend.

The 22-year-old played the entire duration of the home win that saw Dinamo stretch their lead at the top of the Croatian League.

It was the first game for the ex-Berekum Chelsea player for the Blues since arriving on loan from Chinese club Dalian Aerbin in January.

The champions got in front after only 2 minutes when Ivan Krstanovi scored the opener and youngster Jozo Šimunovi made it two before half time.

Dinamo pressed and searched for more goals and certainly got them; actually, three in the last few minutes of the game when Josip Pivari, Fatos Beqiraj and Arijan Ademi made it 5-0.

Addy’s solid performance in helping the Blues keep a clean sheet despite faced with several injuries and suspension, puts him right within the mix for a second consecutive game away to NK Zagreb on Friday.
