Truck filled with macaroni involved in accident at Kawukudi

A truck carrying two containers filled with macaroni was on Sunday, 31 May 2020 involved in an accident at Kawukudi near Nima in Accra.

The truck which was returning from Tema was headed towards the Dzorwulu N1 Highway.

The driver of the truck was said to have lost its acceleration which caused the truck to fall back downwards dislodging its content on the road around the Kawukudi traffic light.

There were however no casualties.

The truck head has since been carted off by the police to the Nima Police Station.
