MTN FA Cup: BYF skipper Alfred Osei targets upsetting Kotoko on Sunday

Troubled Kumasi Asante Kotoko will have their woes deepened as they face troublesome DOL side BYF Academy in the MTN FA Cup on Sunday at the Bekwai Gyamfi Park according to skipper of the home side Alfred Osei.

To him, it will be a great motivation to play against Asante Kotoko and his colleagues are charged for the task.

'Beating Kotoko on Sunday will be a major historic achievement for us. We are not under pressure to beat them but they are under pressure to stop us from deepening their woes,' he said.

'We know Kotoko are currently having challenges. They have sacked their coach and the playing body is under huge pressure.

'They are yet to win in their last four games and they will have to win to appease their fans. We have nothing to lose but they will face the wrath of their fans if we beat them," he added.

The confusion in Asante Kotoko will reach an irresistible length if they are defeated against the lowly-fancied Bekwai side who are poised to kick around the wounds of the agitated Fabulous Boys.
