Hello good evening and welcome to the final round of matches in the Group Stage of the 2017/2018 UEFA Champions League. As usual we bring you live text updates of all the games. Kick-off time is 7:45PM GMT.

Tonight we find out which teams will join the likes of Barcelona, Manchester United, PSG, Bayern Munich and Chelsea to the next phase of the competition.

The English Premier League is hoping to have an unprecedented five candidates in the next stage of the Champions League. But first Liverpool must avoid defeat at home to make that dream come through.

Group E remains the most open pool in the competition with three sides battling it out for a place in the Champions League knock-out stages.

Victory for Liverpool at Anfield will see Jurgen Klopp’s side win the group, though a draw at home to Spartak Moscow will suffice with regards to simply progressing.

Spartak know that anything less than three points will condemn them to the Europa League, and even then they could miss out if Sevilla win against Maribor.

Elsewhere, With Tottenham’s win in Dortmund last time out confirming the Premier League side as winners of Group H, all that’s at stake in this one is a place in the Europa League, and pride.

Real Madrid are guaranteed to progress to the knock-out stages as runners-up, while Borussia Dortmund are in a battle with Apoel Nicosia to secure a place in the Europa League.

If Spurs beat the Cypriots at Wembley tonight, then Dortmund qualify, otherwise they must match or better their result.
