While we welcome Princess Anne it is important that we do not forget that Ghana is an independent sovereign nation. Ghana must not disappoint the African Union, neither must we truncate abruptly the relations with other countries that have been built over the years. The United States a much larger country is now home to more people of Ghanaians ancestry than Britain. The remittances brought to family members in the country keep many families going. Our friendship with some countries have sustained our health system with some of the best of foreign doctors, provided our citizens with scholoarships and opportunity to study etc

This is clear from the wife's knowledge but because Fantes like litigation the wife Mrs Naadu Mills also from Greater Accra region would never like to enter into this primitive issue of struggling over dead body and where he came from. Foolish Ghanaians who like dead bodies!!!
Why are you hiding the place where the father came from? Okay, if one's mother is from Central region and was born there while the father came from Accra, it never changes that person's tribe as a Ga in the eyes of the Ga people.
Although in situations of this nature, in the eyes of the Fantes who are generally part of the Akan groups who believe in ''the mother side'' is different hence Atta Mills was a Fante which had become a struggle to settle.
A good signal of his tribe was that he was buried in Accra to slap the faces of the people who had hidden where the father came from.
