Nasara Coordinator hopeful donates to Chief Imam

An aspirant for the National Nasara Coordinator of the NPP, Alhaji Rashid Adam has donated some foods items to the National Chief Imam, Dr. Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharabutu towards the Ramadan.

The food items include bags of sugar, rice milk, Lipton, cooking oil and crates of mineral water. He also presented some canopies to be used for the Chief Imam’s Ramadan tabsir/sermons.

Alhaji Rashid Adam made the donation when he paid a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam at his Fadama resident Accra to officially inform him of his intentions to contest for the NPP National Nasara Coordinator's slot.

Alhaji Rashid noted that the National Chief Imam is his father thus the need to seek his blessing towards the NPP elections.

The renowned businessman and General Manager of Apsonic Motors said, his intentions to contest for National Nasara Coordinator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) was borne out of his desire to see massive development in the Zongo communities in Ghana.

According to him, he is bringing on board great ideas that will bring development and uplift the image of the Zongos, adding that, tackling the unemployment situation among Zongo youth is his utmost priority. "I would create jobs for our youth and bring about the needed development in our communities". He said

"I am coming to serve my people out of poverty and deprivation, I have touched so many lives and I want to move in large scale".

The NPP National Nasara Coordinator hopeful prayed for the National Chief Imam and asked for more blessings and long life.



The National Chief Imam, Dr. Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharabutu thanked the Apsonic Motors General Manager for his benevolence and prayed for him to be successful in the elections.

The National Chief Imam said he was excited to see him coming out to take a leadership role in NPP to help create jobs and bring development to the doorsteps of the people of Zongo.

"I am happy to see people like you in good standing wanting to take political leadership to help the Zongo communities and hope and pray that you lead our people with the best of leadership just like your late father. I wish you success in the elections". The National Chief Imam said
